Each 60-minute session includes a personalized training plan tailored to your goals and current ability, hands-on coaching, technique feedback, and progress tracking.

Getting started begins with an initial conversation to understand your goals, training history, and needs. From there, a personalized plan is created, and sessions are scheduled at a time that works for you.

“I've never worked out before — is that okay?”
Absolutely, and it's one of the best positions to be in. You haven't built any bad habits yet. The first few sessions focus entirely on learning movement patterns at your pace, no prior experience needed.“Am I too out of shape to start?”
Honestly? The more out of shape you feel, the faster you'll see results. Your body responds most dramatically to training when it's new to it. There's no minimum fitness level required. I often tell my clients that the hardest part is showing up. If you can just show up, you’ve already done what most people struggle with. The first session is about learning where you are, not proving anything.”What if I have an injury or physical limitation?”
This is where working with me is most valuable. I have extensive experience working with clients who have been injured from sports or even motor vehicle accidents. Programs are designed around your body, not a generic template. Any injury, surgery, or chronic condition is factored in from day one, and modifications are made so you can train safely and effectively.
”How does online training work if you can't see my form in real time?”
Sessions are done via video call so form can be coached live. Many clients also send short video clips between sessions for feedback. It's more hands-on than people expect.
”Is online training as effective as in-person?”
For most goals — yes. The key is accountability, programming, and communication, all of which transfer online. In-person sessions have advantages for very technical lifting or rehabilitation work, but for general fitness and body composition, results are comparable.
