Kids are spending more time running drills and playing matches, but not enough time building the strength, coordination, and movement capacity that allow those skills to actually show up.
Our youth strength training program focuses on developing the physical foundation young athletes need to move well, play hard, and stay healthy as they grow.
Program Details
Our system is built around developing complete athletic capacity through structured, progressive exposure to key physical qualities:
Speed Development
We train acceleration, mechanics, and intent so athletes can actually express speed—not just “run fast” in drills.
Plyometric Exposure
Jumping, landing, and elastic control to develop spring, stiffness, and force absorption—critical for performance and injury resilience.
Strength Training
Age-appropriate resistance training to build foundational strength, control, and durability. We progress from bodyweight to external loading safely and intelligently.
Gymnastics-Based Movement
Coordination, spatial awareness, and body control through foundational gymnastic patterns—helping athletes own their body in space.
