Summer Multi-directional Speed 11-13 years old

$0.00

This program focuses on developing speed during a critical stage of athletic growth. Athletes learn to move well first, then progressively add speed, strength, and coordination. Training introduces structured complexity through reactive drills and guided decision-making, helping athletes build the physical and cognitive capacity to move faster, more efficiently, and with greater control.

KEY TRAINING AREAS

Plyometrics & Landing Mechanics: Exposure to a variety of landings including single-leg, double-leg, hops, and bounds to develop elasticity, coordination, and the ability to manage and redirect force.

Multi-directional Speed: Develop acceleration and movement efficiency in all directions, while introducing reactive elements and simple decision-making.

Agility, Deceleration & COD: Learn how to start, stop, and change direction with control, balance, and proper mechanics.

Strength Training: Build foundational strength through fundamental movement patterns to support speed, control, and resilience.
